Please read these terms carefully before using SunoZra. By accessing our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SunoZra — including our website at sunozra.com, mobile applications, and any related services (collectively, the "Platform") — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Platform. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and HAVODDS PRIVATE LIMITED ("SunoZra", "we", "us", or "our"). We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use SunoZra. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that: • You are at least 18 years old • You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract • You are not prohibited from using our services under applicable law • All registration information you provide is accurate and current SunoZra is not a mental health service, therapy platform, or medical provider. Our coaches are not licensed therapists, psychologists, or psychiatrists. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact a licensed professional or emergency services.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Registration

To access most features of SunoZra, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update it as needed. You may not use another person's account without permission.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at sunozaraconnect@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. SunoZra is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised use of your account.

3.3 Account Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or abusive behaviour, or if required by law. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately.

4. Platform Services

4.1 Coaching Sessions

SunoZra provides a marketplace where users ("Clients") can connect with independent coaches ("Coaches") for live one-on-one sessions via video call, audio call, or text chat. Sessions are facilitated through the SunoZra Platform but the coaching relationship is between you and the Coach.

4.2 Session Types

We offer: • Video Sessions — live face-to-face coaching via encrypted video call • Audio Sessions — voice-only coaching calls for comfort and flexibility • Chat Sessions — real-time text-based coaching conversations Session duration, pricing, and availability are set by individual Coaches and displayed on their profiles.

4.3 Coach Independence

Coaches on SunoZra are independent contractors, not employees of SunoZra. SunoZra does not control the content of coaching sessions or guarantee specific outcomes. We verify coach credentials but do not endorse any specific coach's advice.

4.4 Not a Crisis Service

SunoZra is not a crisis intervention service. If you are in immediate danger, experiencing thoughts of self-harm, or having a psychiatric emergency, please contact emergency services (112 in India), iCall at 9152987821, or Vandrevala Foundation at 1860-2662-345 immediately.

5. Payments & Refunds

5.1 Session Payments

Coaching sessions are paid in advance through the Platform. Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated. All payments are processed through our secure third-party payment partners. By making a payment, you authorise SunoZra to charge your selected payment method for the session amount.

5.2 Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation 24+ hours before session: Full refund to your SunoZra wallet or original payment method • Cancellation 2–24 hours before session: 50% refund to your SunoZra wallet • Cancellation less than 2 hours before session or no-show: No refund If your Coach cancels a session, you will receive a full refund or session credit, at your preference.

5.3 Technical Failure Refund

If a session cannot proceed or is significantly disrupted due to a technical failure on SunoZra's platform (such as a server outage, WebRTC connection failure, or in-app error not attributable to your device or internet connection), you will receive a full refund or a full session credit at your preference. To claim a technical failure refund, please contact us within 72 hours of the affected session at sunozaraconnect@gmail.com with a brief description of the issue. We will investigate and respond within 5 business days.

5.4 Refund Process

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. Credits added to your SunoZra wallet do not expire and can be used for any future session on the Platform.

5.5 Payment Processor Liability

All payments are processed by third-party payment processors (including Razorpay and Stripe). SunoZra is not liable for errors, failures, or delays caused by these processors, including failed transactions, double charges, or declined payments originating on the processor's side. In the event of a double charge or erroneous deduction attributable to the payment processor, please contact us at sunozaraconnect@gmail.com — we will coordinate with the processor on your behalf and ensure you receive a full refund of any excess amount charged within 10 business days.

5.6 Disputes

If you believe you were charged incorrectly or have a billing dispute, contact us within 30 days of the transaction at sunozaraconnect@gmail.com. We will investigate and respond within 10 business days.

6. User Conduct

By using SunoZra, you agree NOT to: • Share false, misleading, or fraudulent information • Harass, threaten, or abuse coaches or other users • Solicit or engage coaches for services outside the SunoZra Platform • Record sessions without explicit mutual consent from all parties • Attempt to bypass or circumvent SunoZra's payment system • Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws • Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any harmful code • Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Platform • Impersonate any person or entity • Share explicit, pornographic, or sexually inappropriate content • Engage in discriminatory behaviour based on race, gender, religion, nationality, disability, or any other protected characteristic Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension and, where applicable, legal action.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 SunoZra Content

All content on the SunoZra Platform — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, and the overall design — is the property of HAVODDS PRIVATE LIMITED or its licensors and is protected by Indian and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

7.2 Your Content

Any content you submit to the Platform (such as profile information, reviews, or messages) remains yours. By submitting content, you grant SunoZra a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, display, and distribute that content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Platform.

7.3 Feedback

If you submit feedback, suggestions, or ideas about SunoZra, you grant us the right to use them without restriction or compensation to you.

8. Privacy

Your use of SunoZra is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy at sunozra.com/privacy-policy to understand our data practices. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimers

9.1 No Guarantees

SunoZra provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. We do not guarantee any specific results from coaching sessions.

9.2 Coach Advice

Coaches on SunoZra are not licensed therapists, doctors, or legal advisors. Session content is for informational and motivational purposes only and should not be considered professional medical, psychological, or legal advice. You are solely responsible for decisions made based on coaching sessions.

9.3 Third-Party Services

SunoZra may use or integrate third-party services. We are not responsible for the practices or content of those services.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SunoZra and its directors, employees, agents, and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or coaching services — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid to SunoZra in the 3 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SunoZra and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: • Your use of or access to the Platform • Your violation of these Terms • Your violation of any third-party right, including intellectual property or privacy rights • Any content you submit to the Platform

12. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of SunoZra shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located at Hanumangarh, Rajasthan, India. Dispute Resolution — Step-by-step process: Step 1 — Amicable Resolution: Before initiating any legal proceedings, you must first notify us in writing at admin@havodds.com describing the dispute and the relief sought. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve the dispute amicably within 30 days of receiving your notice. Step 2 — Arbitration: If the dispute is not resolved within 30 days, either party may refer it to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The arbitration shall be conducted by a sole arbitrator mutually appointed by both parties. The seat and venue of arbitration shall be Hanumangarh, Rajasthan, India. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties. Step 3 — Courts: If arbitration is not applicable or the dispute is not resolved through arbitration, it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Hanumangarh, Rajasthan, India.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify you via email or a notice on the Platform at least 14 days before the changes take effect. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you may close your account before the effective date. Continued use of the Platform after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Miscellaneous

Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and SunoZra regarding your use of the Platform. Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. No Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not be deemed a waiver of that right or provision. Assignment: You may not assign or transfer your rights under these Terms without our written consent. SunoZra may assign its rights freely.
