1. Our Commitment

Sunozra has a zero-tolerance policy towards child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including any form of child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, sexual extortion, or content that endangers minors in any way. We are committed to creating a safe environment for all our users and we cooperate fully with law-enforcement agencies and child-protection authorities to detect, prevent, and report such activity.

2. Age Requirement

Sunozra is intended only for users who are 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly allow users under 18 to create or use accounts on our platform. Any account suspected of belonging to a minor is immediately suspended pending review, and confirmed minor accounts are permanently terminated and their data deleted in accordance with applicable laws.

3. Prohibited Content and Conduct

The following are strictly prohibited on Sunozra: • Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) of any kind • Grooming or solicitation of minors for sexual purposes • Sexualised depictions of minors, real or fictional • Sextortion, threats, or coercion involving minors • Sharing personal information of a minor without consent • Encouraging, enabling, or facilitating any of the above Violations of this policy result in immediate, permanent account termination and reporting to relevant authorities.

4. How We Prevent CSAE on Sunozra

Account verification

• Phone-number-based registration with one-time passwords • Self-declared age confirmation at signup (18+) • Server-side age-gating logic that flags suspected minor accounts

Content moderation

• Automated text-pattern detection for grooming language and suspicious keywords • Image hash matching against known CSAM databases • Manual review of flagged content by our trained moderation team • Real-time monitoring of live streams and public chats

User-driven safety tools

• In-app reporting: Users can report any account, message, call, or live stream that violates this policy directly from the app. Each surface (chat, calls, live stream, coach profile) provides a one-tap "Report" option. • Block functionality: Users can immediately block any other user, preventing all further contact. • Safety messaging: First-time users see in-app guidance about reporting and blocking.

Account-level safeguards

• Repeat reports against an account trigger automatic review • Suspected violators are temporarily suspended pending human review • Confirmed violators are permanently banned and their device fingerprints blocklisted to prevent re-registration

5. Reporting and Cooperation with Authorities

When we identify or are notified of CSAE on our platform: 1. Immediate action: Content is removed and the offending account is suspended within 24 hours of report or detection. 2. Preservation: All evidence is preserved in line with legal-hold practices for cooperation with authorities. 3. Reporting: We report confirmed CSAM to relevant authorities, including: • India: the National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal (cybercrime.gov.in) and local police where applicable • United States (if applicable): the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) CyberTipline • Any other applicable national authority in the user's region 4. Cooperation: We comply with valid legal requests from law enforcement and provide subscriber data, content, and metadata as required by applicable law.
