Privacy Policy

Your privacy matters to us. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have as a SunoZra user.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Information You Provide

When you create an account, book a session, or contact us, we collect: your name, email address, phone number, profile photo, payment information (processed securely by our payment partners), session preferences, and any information you voluntarily share during the registration or booking process.

1.2 Session Data

SunoZra facilitates live one-on-one coaching sessions via video, audio, and chat. We do not record your sessions by default. Recording is only enabled when both you and your coach explicitly consent through the in-app recording toggle displayed at the start of each session. Both parties must confirm consent before recording begins; either party may stop the recording at any time. Chat transcripts may be stored temporarily to improve session quality and for safety purposes. Session metadata (date, duration, session type) is retained for billing and account management.

1.3 Automatically Collected Information

When you use our platform, we automatically collect: device identifiers, IP address, browser type and version, operating system, pages visited, time spent on pages, referring URLs, app usage data, and crash reports. This helps us maintain platform stability and improve your experience.

1.4 Payment Information

We use PCI-DSS-compliant third-party payment processors (such as Razorpay and Stripe) to handle all transactions. SunoZra does not store your full card details on our servers. We only retain transaction IDs, amounts, and billing history for our records.
